Never again I had two people that I recommended this school but I’m telling them to not do it.

I chose this school because of the amazing reviews, hector my instructor was also incredibly good and know how responsible I was with my classes and never made him wait but even if your mother dies in seems that this disrespectful front desk girl could careless. She also hang up the phone on me saying “your getting charged bye”. This school gotta do better at hiring their front desk receptionist. Also lying about the instructors “not getting pay” when I know damn well they do even if students can't show up. We are humans too and things happen her telling me “being sick or having college” isn’t her problem like if you don’t like your damn job QUIT but don’t be an a$$hole to customers, disrespectful girl I’m going to report you to the owner not matter what because I know people working In this school.

I couldn’t make the class today and instead of being understanding she just keep going off like she didn’t have patience I asked her to speak with the owner of the school and she didn’t want to give me any numbers neither, never have I ever encountered someone this unmannered in my life. after reading the review about her she's either the owner of this place daughter or a family member because there is not way someone like her still works here after all the complains about her behavior.

This place is a joke the lady at the front desks need to watch her mouth and attitude before someones goes and put her in her place she is DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE has zero manners and doesn’t know how to handle customers. I truly hope no one has to experience the assault we just did. How can someone have the job of instructor or tester and be given access to teenagers who are already going to be nervous/anxious about the experience, and then eviscerate them over their performance as if it was an attack on _their_ person to have just been in the car with them? To not have an ounce of tact or empathy for another person, much less a teenager? To be so embarrassingly miserable and terrible at their job that the only way they can feel better is to rip into a child?ġst Drive, shame on you for continuing to employ such a person. I just still cannot ***believe*** how unprofessional of an experience that was. "That was the scariest drive I've been on" - well maybe if riding with teenagers through Colorado Springs on Acadamy Blvd is so scary for you that you can't act like an effing ADULT much less an INSTRUCTOR upon your return, you're in the wrong GD business.

Instead, she launched into a full verbal and emotional assault on my daughter right in front of me (AND one of her own coworkers, who said nothing to halt or correct her throughout the entire tirade). If Heather had provided actual, actionable, constructive feedback for her to improve while still feeling compelled to fail her, then fine. The outlandish claims this instructor made about the test experience simply do not align with the past year spent driving with my daughter their accounts of what happened are as if they got into completely different cars.īut it's not even about that. My oldest daughter used 1st Drive a couple of years ago and received feedback on areas to improve upon, despite having passed the test. Obviously, a parent is going to defend their child, but this wasn't my first time ushering a teenager into the world of driving. Saying things like "I cannot believe you would drive like that on a driving test" and "that was the worst test I've ever been on," then becoming immediately argumentative the second a question was raised regarding conflicting accounts of the experience.

She was combative and extremely - EXTREMELY - hostile. The test instructor, Heather, verbally assaulted my 17yo daughter in front of me without any degree of productive or constructive feedback. I have **never** had a more unprofessional experience than what I just experienced at 1st Drive.
